This is a community of mostly newer homes in a variety of sizes and prices. Edgewood is home to Thomas More College and offers easy access to downtown Cincinnati, the airport and several shopping malls.

One of the older communities in northern Kentucky, it is predominately residential with some business's and two major highways running through town. This is the county seat for Kenton County, and features a traditional white courthouse in the town square. Farms as well as new homes of varied styles and moderate prices are available. This area is just starting to feel the wave of new growth that has been taking place in Northern Kentucky.

Older Victorian homes on large lots make up this park like community nestled among private lakes. This strictly residential area offers both older homes on tree lined streets and newer areas with well landscaped spacious lots. Low taxes and an excellent location keep the demand for housing well above the supply.

Located high above the Ohio River, Park Hills offers fabulous views. It is known for its hills, wooded lots and large traditional homes. Devou Park is situated adjacent to this community. Homes are older and of varied architectural design.

This community enjoys rolling countryside and a nice balance between older homes and new construction. Taylor Mill residents appreciate the rural atmosphere with the convenience of I-275.

Villa Hills is a family-oriented community with a mixture of houses and condominiums in both traditional and contemporary styles. Not bad for an area that was just farmland 20 years ago!
